Biosensors & Micro-fluidic

Lab-on-a-chip is a new field of bio-sensors to detect bacteria and disease in the shortest time and using smallest sample of blood or saliva.

We research on nano- and micro-technologies to design, model, and fabricate nano-optical biosensors (nano-plasmonics) and microfluidic lab on a chip.

We use electromagnetic modelling, utilize FDTD method for modelling of nano-particles interaction, Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) and Vapor Metal Deposition for nano-fabrication, and SEM, AFM, DFM for nano-characterization.
